ABOUT ME
Hi, I Am Tony Defoyd
I'm passionate about home inspections and take pride in helping buyers understand the homes they are purchasing.
Buyers enjoy working with me because I'm hardworking, thorough and knowledgeable. If experience matters, I've completed over 3,000 fee paid home inspections since becoming licensed in 2012.
I'm able to inspect nearly everything on the property, including wood-destroying insect (WDI) inspections, pool and spa systems, lawn irrigation systems and septic systems. I also offer two new construction phase inspections, including pre-pour and pre-drywall inspections.
I make it a priority to schedule enough time for each inspection so that I can walk through the findings with the buyer at the end, answer any questions and make sure they clearly understand the condition of the home.
My goal is to provide buyers with a clear understanding of the home while communicating findings in a professional way and I treat every client as if they were referred to me by my own family. Love four-legged friends too.
